This is a series that exclusively utilizes Logic Pro's built-in plugins.
The default amp sounds in Logic Pro fall short of meeting the expectations of modern guitarists.
While we appreciate Logic Pro's capabilities, the stock amp tones leave much to be desired.
From this realization, we set out to achieve great guitar tones without relying on costly third-party plugins.

LOGIC AMPS / FAMELESS is a free channel strip for Logic Pro, built entirely from stock plugins.
It’s an experimental sound design project aiming to replicate the tones of a well-known $100 amp sim using Logic Pro’s native tools.
The channel strip uses Match EQ, Channel EQ, multiple distortion plugins, and Space Designer for impulse response loading. While it captures the essence of the amp sim’s tone, it lacks the GUI and built-in post effects like delay and reverb found in full-featured amp sims.
